This newly renovated cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including a small dishwasher, fridge-freezer and induction hob. Tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and herbs and spices are provided.  

There is a large living room with a wood burning range.  The main bedroom has a king size bed. The loft also has a pull out day bed which opens to a king size bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower.  The utility room houses the washing machine and dryer.  

Bedlinen, towels, soap and toilet paper are provided. 

There are polished concrete floors throughout the house with underfloor heating supplied by an air to water heat pump including air exchange.  

The house has WIFI but no TV.  It is not suitable for children under 12 years and pets are not permitted.  There is no disabled access.
